Refund Policy

All purchases are considered final and are not eligible for refunds.

Customers are required to review and accept this policy during the checkout process. If the policy is not accepted, we are unable to provide our services.

Limited Exception

Orders are typically processed on the next business day. For this reason, customers generally have up to 24 hours after placing an order to request corrections or updates. If we are contacted within that timeframe before the order has been processed, we may, at our sole discretion, approve a refund. Any approved refund will be issued less applicable payment processing fees, which may be up to $25. Each request is evaluated individually.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If an item is received in damaged or defective condition, we are happy to offer an exchange when notified within 7 days of the delivery date.
A replacement will be sent at no cost one time only. Any additional replacement requests may incur processing and shipping fees.

Missing Orders

For electronic deliveries, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you are unable to locate your documents, contact us immediately and we will help retrieve and resend them.

For orders shipped via USPS, we maintain full access to tracking information and can verify shipment status. If the order cannot be located, we will resend it one time at no additional cost. Any further reshipments may require additional postage fees.
